This notice explains how Saltway Digital ("we", "us") uses personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send us a message through our contact form we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, organisation and the details of your enquiry.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you log in to the admin area, a single essential cookie keeps you signed in.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless they lead to ongoing work, in which case we keep them for as long as we're working together and as required for our records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just email us using the address below.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
